Jesus’ parable of the two sons always hits me hard. The Pharisees liked to be proud of their membership among the elite in religious groups. But Jesus told them that the sinners that the Pharisees looked down on will enter the kingdom of Heaven before the Pharisees because the sinners changed their lives to follow Jesus.
We have to be serious about living for Jesus, more serious than we are about being Methodists are even being labeled a Christian. We have to practice LILYMI on a daily basis (Live It Like Ya Mean It).
